KBR in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Maintenance Support Team Supervisor to lead maintenance on Navy watercraft and weight handling equipment. You will oversee a team of skilled trades, ensure compliance with NAVFAC P-307, and drive safe, efficient operations for USMC logistics support.

Responsibilities include coordinating tasks, training staff, maintaining records, and partnering with the MST Manager to uphold security and access requirements. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Formación

• Eight years of supervisory experience in WHE or watercraft maintenance.
• Experience with WHE and Navy P-307 program management.
• Ability to conduct training and rigging gear inspections.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and supervise maintenance on Navy INLS, MPF-Utility Boat, and LCM-8 watercraft.
• Prepare and inspect Navy small craft for transport, dry-docking, fueling and sea trials.
• Supervise Marine Diesel Mechanics, Marine Electricians, and Navy Equipment Specialists.
• Assist MST Manager and Crane Certifying Official with NAVFAC P-307 training.
• Set up work tasks from drawings; ensure safe methods per NAVFAC P-307.
• Maintain crane and rigging records; prepare reports and records.
• Coordinate with other crafts and units to ensure quality and timely duties.
• Provide guidance and training to newer and lower skilled staff.
• Operate computer, software, and general office equipment; comply with rules.
