Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to use air/pneumatic tools safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with SOPs and safety rules.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components for marine engines using air/pneumatic tools.
• Set up, adjust, and changeover equipment as required for the job.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area per SOPs, work rules and plant safety rules.
• Perform inspections at required intervals per classification and SOPs.
• Take action when out-of-tolerance conditions occur and notify at the appropriate level.
• Collaborate with team and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve issues.
• Participate in training and cross-training to support flexible workforce needs.
