Job summary

Brunswick’s Mercury Marine division seeks an Assembly Technician II for the 2nd shift in Fond du Lac, WI to contribute to high-quality engine production. You will use air and pneumatic tools to assemble components for engines and service parts, while upholding safety and SOPs.

Responsibilities include equipment setup/changeovers, routine inspections, addressing out-of-tolerance conditions, and collaborating with teammates to meet production goals. Cross-training support is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience using air and pneumatic tools to assemble components is beneficial.
• Ability to set up, adjust, and changeover equipment as required.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe work area and following SOPs.
• Willingness to participate in training and cross-training to support a flexible workforce.

Responsibilities

• Use air and pneumatic tools to assemble components for marine engines, service parts, and assemblies.
• Set up, adjust, and/or changeover equipment with appropriate tools for the job.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area per SOPs and plant rules.
• Perform inspections at required intervals and address out-of-tolerance issues.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Participate in training and cross-training to support flexible workforce needs.
