Job summary

Brunswick's Mercury Marine division in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, is seeking an Assembly Tech II to support high‑quality marine engine production. You will work on assembly of inboard and outboard engines using air and pneumatic tools, while upholding safety and SOPs and collaborating with teammates.

The role offers an hourly rate of 26.74 with Brunswick benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, HSA with company contribution, and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• Use a variety of air and pneumatic tools to assemble components for marine engines, service parts, and assemblies.
• Set-up, adjust, and/or changeover equipment with appropriate tools common to the particular job.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area in accordance with SOPs, Work Rules, and Plant Safety Rules
• Perform inspection common to the classification at required intervals.
• Take appropriate action when out of tolerance situations occur and notify appropriate individuals when further action must be taken
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve issues
• Participate in training and cross-training to support flexible workforce needs

Salary & Benefits
