Job summary

Summerset Marine Construction seeks a hardworking laborer to install, maintain, and dismantle docks, piers, and marine structures. You will load materials, operate tools, and assist in barge operations while prioritizing safety near water.

Preferred candidates hold a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR; CDL A is a plus. This on-site role requires physical stamina and reliable teamwork in varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; CDL A preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR are required.
• Comfort with swimming and working near water; ability to operate hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist in construction, maintenance, and dismantling of docks, piers, and marine structures.
• Load/unload materials and equipment for daily operations.
• Operate hand and power tools and maintain them properly.
• Perform routine boat checks and assist in barge operations.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE; travel to job sites as required.
