Bass Pro Shops in Ohio, Niles seeks a Marine Team Lead to direct daily department operations, merchandise presentation, and customer service. You will supervise staff, plan schedules, and coordinate training and events to drive sales and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining pricing, UPC integrity, and conducting product demos while fostering a positive, high-service environment for customers and associates alike.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to coach staff and present to groups.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily direction to department associates and staffs the area.
• Maintains plan-o-grams, pricing, and UPC integrity as directed by corporate.
• Staffs the department, interviews, trains, and schedules employees.
• Delivers superior customer service and helps customers with buying decisions.
• Coordinates events and product demonstrations; maintains product knowledge.
