Bass Pro Shops in Noblesville, IN, is seeking a Fishing Team Lead to direct department associates in merchandising, inventory control, pricing, sales enhancements, stocking, and customer service activities.

You will coach staff, assist in interviewing and scheduling, maintain plan-o-grams, and coordinate product demos and events with store leadership to drive sales and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs department associates to meet sales and service goals.
• Maintains merchandising standards and plan-o-grams per Corporate Office.
• Staffing, interviewing, scheduling and training with the GSM/DM and HR.
• Provides exceptional customer service and resolves issues with customers and staff.
