Sea Ray Boats is seeking team players for hull assembly and composite fabrication at our Florida/Midwest facilities. The role involves manual lay-up, resin handling, and tool operation to build fiberglass hulls and decks.

Responsibilities

• Performs elementary and routine mix and lay‑up of composite materials onto mold surfaces.
• Utilizes open mold and vacuum infusion processes with resins and gel coats.
• Installs wood and components into fiberglass hulls and decks.
• Operates power tools including saws, drills, grinders, and overhead hoists.
• Locates parts using blueprints, instructions, tools and fixtures.
• Sands fiberglass hulls, decks and small part molds.
