Sea Ray Boats seeks skilled production team members to perform elementary composite lay‑up and finishing on hulls, decks, and molded parts.

You’ll use open mold and vacuum infusion processes, sand and finish surfaces, and install wood cores. The role requires standing for long shifts, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a fast, noisy environment. Overtime may be necessary to meet production goals.

• Ability to work 10+ hour shifts standing, bending, reaching.
• Moderate lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine mixing and lay-up of composite materials using open mold and vacuum infusion.
• Prepare molds and apply fiberglass materials per instructions and standards.
• Sand, grind, and finish fiberglass hulls, decks, and parts to spec.
• Install wood cores, inserts, and components into hulls and molded parts.
• Operate power tools and equipment safely (saws, drills, grinders, sanders, hoists).
• Safely transport and position molds and components within the facility using forklifts or tuggers.
