Qualifikationen

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in Retail Management, with responsibility for one or more Sales Departments.
• Ability to manage pricing, merchandising, and inventory controls.
• Strong customer service focus and staff development skills.
• Ability to analyze financials and present reports to leadership.
• Proficient with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, and POS/inventory systems.
