Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in hospitality, outdoor recreation, or marina operations.
• Experience with F&B or retail management is highly desired.
• Experience managing seasonal teams and building high‑performance cultures.
• Solid financial acumen including budgeting and cost control.
• Passion for the outdoors and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Degree in business, hospitality management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day marina, boat rental, F&B and retail operations with a proactive, hands‑on approach.
• Elevate the guest experience by upholding exceptional service standards across all areas.
• Recruit, train, and mentor seasonal and full‑time team members in partnership with Human Resources.
• Manage financial performance by overseeing budgets, controlling costs, and driving revenue growth.
• Foster strong relationships with vendors, community partners, and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
