Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven leadership experience in hospitality, outdoor recreation, or marina operations.
• Experience with F&B or retail management highly desired.
• Strong background in managing seasonal teams and building high-performance cultures.
• Solid financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control.
• Passion for the outdoors and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Degree in business, hospitality management, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day marina, boat rental, F&B and retail operations with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Elevate the guest experience by upholding exceptional service standards across all areas.
• Recruit, train, and mentor seasonal and full-time team members in partnership with HR.
• Manage financial performance by overseeing budgets, controlling costs, and driving revenue growth.
• Foster and maintain relationships with vendors, community partners, and regulators.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
