Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• First aid and CPR certification.
• Ability to swim.
• 1-3 years of experience in management.
• Boating and/or marine related experience.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Receive direction from the General Manager and assist in daily unit operations and MOD procedures.
• Supervise and schedule staff; train new employees; handle payroll and hiring procedures.
