Safe Harbor Marinas LLC is seeking a proactive Facilities Assistant to support marina maintenance and operations. The role involves performing general repair and maintenance tasks across plumbing, carpentry, painting, and cleaning to keep the marina facilities in top condition.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and prior marina maintenance experience. The position requires physical effort, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work in various weather conditions and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous marina maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to work safely around water and in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform routine repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repair and maintenance related to the marina.
• Maintain plumbing, carpentry, painting, and cleaning tasks.
• Manage landscaping as required.
• Build and maintain professional working relationships with staff, members, guests and vendors.
• Carry out duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
• Be available for overtime when required.
