Job summary

Safe Harbor Marinas is seeking a Facilities Assistant at our Flowery Branch marina to handle maintenance and upkeep across the facilities. You will work outdoors, in and around water, performing plumbing, carpentry, painting, and cleaning tasks as part of a team dedicated to servicing members and guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work outside and around water.
• Knowledge of dock construction and repair preferred.
• Familiarity with basic power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform all general repair and maintenance related to the marina.
• Perform maintenance in plumbing, carpentry, painting, and cleaning.
• Maintain landscaping as required.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with staff, guests and vendors.
• Carry out duties assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
• Availability to work overtime when required.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.
