Safe Harbor Marinas, LLC is seeking a Facilities Assistant for seasonal work at our Alameda marina. The role involves performing a variety of maintenance tasks across plumbing, carpentry, painting and cleaning, while ensuring safety and high service standards for staff, members and guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform general repair and maintenance tasks.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends and holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repair and maintenance related to the marina.
• Carry out plumbing, carpentry, painting and cleaning tasks.
• Maintain landscaping and grounds as required.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with staff, guests, and vendors.
• Carry out duties assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays and overtime when required.
