Job summary

Safe Harbor Marinas, LLC seeks a Facilities Assistant to support marina maintenance, repair, and upkeep across multiple locations. You will perform general repairs in plumbing, carpentry, painting, and cleaning, maintain landscaping, and support the Maintenance Manager with day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and ability to work around water; lifting up to 50 pounds; willingness to work overtime and adapt to weather conditions.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work around water and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of dock construction and repair and basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repair and maintenance related to the marina (plumbing, carpentry, painting, cleaning).
• Maintain landscaping as required.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with staff, guests and vendors.
• Carry out duties assigned by the Maintenance Manager; overtime as needed.
