Safe Harbor Marinas is seeking a Facilities Assistant in Port Clinton, OH. The role involves performing a variety of marina maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, painting and general repairs, while maintaining landscaping and fostering positive relationships with staff, guests and vendors.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to work around water; knowledge of dock construction and basic power tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of dock construction and basic power tools preferred.
• Ability to work around water and lift 50 pounds is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform marina repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Carry out plumbing, carpentry, painting and cleaning duties.
• Maintain landscaping as required.
• Foster professional working relationships with staff, members, guests and vendors.
• Carry out duties assigned by Maintenance Manager.
• Be available for overtime when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
