Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience preferred, not required.
• Ability to read and use technical manuals and drawings.
• Must have highly effective communications skills and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation).
• Provide the highest level of customer and guest services, expedites any and all maintenance requests from management.
• Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls and any other marina specific duties that are requested
• Uses hand tools and power tools in making minor maintenance repairs and maintaining grounds and walks.
