Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g., ventilation).
• Provide the highest level of customer and guest services, expedites maintenance requests.
• Perform minor fixes such as repairing locks and wall gaps; marina-specific tasks.
• Use hand and power tools for minor maintenance and grounds maintenance.
