Job summary

This role requires reading technical manuals, using hand and power tools, and adapting to a fast-paced environment with flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience preferred, not required.
• Ability to read and utilize technical manuals and drawings.
• Must have highly effective communication skills and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation).
• Provide the highest level of customer and guest services, expedite any and all maintenance requests from management.
• Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls and other marina-specific duties as requested.
• Use hand tools and power tools in making minor maintenance repairs and maintaining grounds and walkways.
