Job summary

Suntex Marinas is seeking a Maintenance Associate to uphold the quality and upkeep of our marina. You will perform repairs and cleaning, apply basic fixes to equipment and building systems, and help keep facilities tidy and functional.

In a fast-paced environment you will inspect and troubleshoot equipment, assist guests and management with maintenance requests, and use hand and power tools for minor repairs.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience preferred, not required.
• Ability to read and utilize technical manuals and drawings.
• Strong communication and time management skills are essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and marina systems (e.g., ventilation).
• Provide high-level guest services and expedite maintenance requests from management.
• Perform minor fixes like repairing locks and filling gaps on walls as needed.
• Use hand and power tools for maintenance repairs and grounds upkeep.
