Job summary

Suntex Marinas is seeking a Maintenance Associate to uphold the marina's quality and upkeep of buildings and systems. You will perform upkeep tasks, repairs, and cleaning to keep facilities tidy and functional.

In a fast-paced environment, you will troubleshoot equipment and respond to maintenance requests, using basic tools and following manuals. Strong attention to detail and reliability are essential, with weekend and holiday hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience preferred, not required.
• Ability to read and utilize technical manuals and drawings.
• Must have highly effective communication skills and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation).
• Provides the highest level of customer and guest services, expedites any and all maintenance requests from management.
• Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls and any other marina specific duties that are requested
• Uses hand tools and power tools in making minor maintenance repairs and maintaining grounds and walks.
