Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience with 5+ years P&L ownership of multi-department operation or large property.
- Experience leading a management team of 50+ people.
- Track record of delivering financial results and implementing operating improvements.
- Experience serving high-net-worth, premium clientele and managing complex service environments.
Responsibilities
- Full P&L responsibilities and budgeting/reforecasting.
- Monthly financials review and revenue management.
- Grow ancillary and new revenue streams.
- Control cost structure and drive operational efficiency across departments.
- Lead relationships with captains, owners' representatives, tenants, and contractors.
- Oversee safety, compliance, and risk management across the marina.
