Five years of management experience and strong accounting knowledge are required, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and authorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Five years previous management experience including direction of employees, accounting and budgeting activities.
• General accounting knowledge and understanding of financial statements.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with employees, customers, tenants, vendors, and government personnel.

Responsibilities

• Achieve financial results according to the annual operation and capital budgets.
• Routinely inspect all areas of the property to ensure high appearance and safety standards.
• Understand and comply with regulations pertaining to marina operations and related reporting.
• Ensure safety of customers and employees, including training on equipment and spill containment.
