Job summary

Safe Harbor Marinas is seeking a General Manager for Lauderdale Marine Center in Fort Lauderdale, a full-service marine complex. The GM will hold complete P&L ownership, lead across yard operations, guest services, and contractor relations, and report to SHM leadership as the senior host to yacht owners and tenants.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience with direct P&L ownership
• Marine industry experience in boatyard or full-service marine operations preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
• Strong financial acumen with ability to build budgets and analyze P&L

Responsibilities

• Own the full P&L for Lauderdale Marine Center; deliver or exceed the annual operating plan
• Build the annual budget and multi-year capital plan with defensible assumptions
• Manage variances with rigor and drive corrective actions
• Drive revenue management with rate strategy, occupancy, and service packages
• Grow ancillary and new revenue in fuel, services, and leasing
• Control cost structure through labor management, procurement, and vendor contracts
• Support asset value creation through ROI analysis and capital deployment planning
