Brunswick Corporation, a global marine leader, invites you to join Freedom Boat Club as a part-time dock associate in Florida. You’ll greet members, manage check-ins, assist with reservations, and ensure vessels and docks are clean and safe on busy days.

The role requires weekend and holiday availability and a customer-focused approach. Ideal candidates are 18+, can pass background checks, have a valid license, and communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• High school diploma; at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain a calm, positive attitude during periods of high activity.
• Positive, cooperative attitude with the capability of working unsupervised.
• Ability to read and manipulate handheld tablets.
• Adhere to all safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
• Anticipate and address guests’ service needs.
• Thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Make and answer telephone calls using appropriate etiquette.
• Manage check-in/check-out using a handheld tablet.
• Perform equipment checks to ensure functionality.
• Clean and maintain vessels and Club location.
• Daily clerical work for reservations, fuel logs, and weather reports.
• Familiarize yourself with local waters to provide guidance to members.
• Ensure uniform and professional appearance.
