Qualifications

• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the US.
• Ability to regularly perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to read and manipulate handheld tablets.
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and acknowledge them per company standards.
• Address guests’ service needs and provide courteous assistance.
• Manage check-in/check-out using a handheld tablet.
• Conduct equipment checks and ensure vessels are ready for use.
• Perform daily clerical tasks for reservation logs and weather reports.
