Brunswick Corporation, including Freedom Boat Club, seeks friendly dock staff for part-time shifts at our marina locations in Florida. You will greet members, assist on the docks, manage reservations and check-ins, and help maintain vessels and the club environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 18+ years, a valid driver’s license, strong communication, and the ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Pay is $15/hr with Brunswick benefits and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay calm during busy periods.
• Cooperative, able to work unsupervised.
• Able to read and operate handheld tablets.
• Follow safety policies.
• Preferred: experience around boats.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
• Anticipate and address guests’ service needs.
• Thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Answer telephone calls with proper etiquette.
• Manage check-in/check-out using a handheld tablet.
• Perform equipment checks to ensure vessels and gear are ready.
• Clean and maintain vessels and Club locations.
• Prepare reservation system, fuel logs, and weather reports.
