Brunswick Corporation, including Freedom Boat Club, is seeking a friendly dock associate in Florida to greet members and assist on the docks. The role is part-time with availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

You will help with check-in/out, vessels, and weather updates to ensure a smooth guest experience. Qualifications include a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• High school diploma required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay calm during high activity periods.
• Positive, cooperative attitude and ability to work unsupervised.
• Ability to read and manipulate handheld tablets.
• Adhere to all safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests per company standards.
• Anticipate and address guests’ service needs.
• Thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Make and answer telephone calls with proper etiquette.
• Manage check-in/check-out using a handheld tablet.
• Perform equipment checks to ensure functionality.
• Clean and maintain vessels and Club location.
• Prepare reservation systems, fuel logs, and weather reports.
• Familiarize with local waters to provide basic guidance to members.
• Speak with others using clear and professional language.
• Ensure uniform and professional appearance.
• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
