Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, or agency environments.
• Experience managing multiple MarComms projects, budgets, and deadlines.
• Strong presentation design using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for deck/content creation and status tracking.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor project schedules and ensure deadlines are met during high-volume events.
• Own day-to-day tracking of MarComms project and event budgets; flag risks.
• Build and template presentation decks leveraging AI to increase speed and consistency.
• Track and communicate project status across stakeholders.
• Organize meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
• Provide general administrative support to the MarComms team.
• Coordinate with team leads to assign projects and manage budgets.
• 3+ years of experience in related field noted.
