Job summary

Aquent is partnering with a leading technology company to shape the digital world. We are seeking a highly organized marketing professional to plan and execute field marketing events and traditional campaigns that drive lead generation and brand visibility.

You will coordinate logistics, manage marketing calendars, support registration pages, track campaign performance, and collaborate with sales, vendors, and creative teams to deliver on-brand materials on time in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of field marketing, event coordination, or marketing operations within the technology industry.
  • English language proficiency (required).
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM platforms, webinar platforms, and reporting software.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask and manage projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in strategic planning and flawless execution of field marketing events and traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate all logistical aspects for client-hosted events with marketing leadership and sales teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Manage comprehensive marketing calendars, meticulously tracking progress and deadlines.
  • Support the creation of registration pages, coordinate giveaway shipping, and facilitate overall campaign setup.
  • Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and organize marketing assets and collateral libraries, ensuring easy access and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal creative teams to produce high-quality marketing materials that align with brand guidelines across channels.

What You'll Bring:
Must Have:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in field marketing, event coordination, or marketing operations within the technology industry.
  • Language Skills: English (required).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM platforms, webinar platforms, and reporting software.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, demonstrated ability to multitask and manage projects from inception to completion, and a collaborative approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Have:
  • Ability to build processes and leverage AI tools to enhance marketing execution.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
  • Experience supporting product launches or go-to-market initiatives.
