Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics.
• Native Marathi proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.

• 3+ years of professional Marathi writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, education, annotation, or related language-review workflows.
• Deep understanding of Marathi grammar, spelling, punctuation, tone, and cultural context.
• Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators, reviewers, editors, or QAs is preferred.
• Comfortable working in fast-moving remote environments using Discord, Google Sheets, Google Docs, trackers, dashboards, and project management systems.
• Highly detail-oriented with ability to maintain style guides and onboarding materials.
• Experience with AI training, data annotation, LLM QA, or rubric-based evaluation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring: spot-check Marathi items, identify quality issues, and provide ongoing feedback.
• Trainer and QA communication: update on guidelines and project changes via remote channels.
• Question handling: respond clearly on Marathi wording, register, and cultural context.
• Trainer/QA activation management: reach out to inactive contributors and track availability.
• Documentation: create and maintain Marathi project docs, style guides, and FAQs.
• Onboarding and training: schedule and run onboarding calls explaining expectations and rubrics.
• Quality alignment: ensure consistent Marathi language guidelines as projects evolve.
• Process improvement: identify gaps and propose scalable QA workflows for Marathi projects.
