SME Careers invites a Marathi Language Specialist to join their remote contractor team. You will review AI-generated Marathi content, craft high-quality reference material, and provide precise feedback on accuracy, grammar, tone, and cultural appropriateness.

This role supports multiple domains and requires strong Marathi and English skills. As part of an AI data services unit, you will write rewrites, model answers, and rubrics to guide model behavior.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics or related field.
• Native or near-native Marathi proficiency.
• Strong professional proficiency in English (C1) to provide feedback in English.
• 3+ years of language-focused work such as writing, editing, translation, or QA.
• Deep understanding of Marathi grammar, spelling and style.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI Training Content: Create prompts and Marathi answers across domains.
• Evaluate AI outputs for fluency, tone, cultural appropriateness and accuracy.
• Detect unsafe or misleading content and validate reliability across use cases.
