You will assess outputs for accuracy, grammar, tone, and cultural appropriateness, and provide precise written feedback in English.

Responsibilities include developing training content, optimizing AI performance, and ensuring model integrity across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics is required.
• Native Marathi proficiency (reading and writing).
• Strong professional proficiency in English (C1) to provide feedback in English.
• 3+ years of language-focused work (writing, editing, localization, QA, journalism, education).

Responsibilities

• Develop AI training content: create prompts and gold-standard Marathi answers across domains.
• Evaluate and rank AI outputs for fluency, tone, and cultural accuracy.
• Detect unsafe or misleading content and validate reliability across use cases.
