Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi, Linguistics, Translation, Communications, Journalism, English, Education, QA, or related field.
Native or near-native Hindi proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
Strong grasp of English to follow guidelines and provide feedback in English.
3+ years of professional Hindi writing, editing, translation, localization, or QA.
Strong understanding of Hindi grammar and Devanagari script.

Responsibilities

Spot-check Hindi items and identify quality issues, provide feedback, and escalate recurring issues.
Update trainers and QAs on guidelines and project changes.
Respond to questions on Hindi grammar, Devanagari, tone, and cultural context.
DM inactive contributors, encourage activation and track follow-ups.
Create and maintain Hindi documentation, style guides, trackers, FAQs, and onboarding materials.
Lead onboarding/training calls to explain workflows, rubrics, and quality standards.
Ensure Hindi language guidelines are applied consistently.
Identify recurring quality gaps and improve QA processes.
