Welocalize, Inc. is seeking a Data Labeling Associate (Marathi Speakers) to join our team onsite in major US cities. You will evaluate AI outputs, provide structured feedback, and audit data to improve model behavior.

The role emphasizes data quality, human judgment, and collaboration with leads and stakeholders. Requirements include native Marathi, strong English skills (B2+), and 1–2 years of professional writing experience.

Formación

• Native-level Marathi writing ability with university-level education.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• 1–2 years of professional writing experience with structured writing skills.
• Ability to apply complex writing rules/guidelines consistently.
• Understanding of GenAI data safety considerations with relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback.
• Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior to identify patterns and edge cases.
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully and flag discrepancies with real-world scenarios.
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks beyond mere execution.
• Identify trends in model performance and communicate insights clearly.
• Participate in team discussions, calibrations, and stakeholder syncs.
• Document findings clearly and concisely for action.
