Welo Data, a unit of Welocalize, Inc., seeks a Data Labeling Associate with Marathi proficiency. This 100% onsite role evaluates AI outputs, provides high-quality feedback, and helps refine evaluation frameworks.

Requirements include Marathi fluency, English at least B2, and 1–2 years of professional writing experience. Candidates must be located in/near listed U.S. cities and able to commute.

Qualifications

• Marathi native-level proficiency required.
• English level B2 or higher.
• 1–2 years of professional writing experience with structured writing.
• Ability to apply complex writing rules consistently.
• 2+ years of experience considering GenAI data safety in delivery.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured feedback.
• Audit data and model behavior to identify patterns and failures.
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully and flag misalignment with real-world scenarios.
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks beyond execution.
• Identify trends in model performance and share insights.
• Participate in team calibrations and stakeholder syncs.
• Collaborate with leads to refine quality standards.
• Document findings clearly and concisely.
