Welocalize, Inc. is seeking a Data Labeling Associate (Marathi Speakers) for an onsite, full-time role in the United States. You will evaluate AI outputs, perform data quality checks, and provide structured feedback to improve real-world system behavior.

Requirements include native Marathi proficiency, a Bachelor's degree, and English at least at B2 level, with 1–2 years of writing experience and strong attention to detail. This is a 100% onsite position with no visa sponsorship.

Formación

• Native-level proficiency in Marathi and a university degree.
• B2 or higher level of English.
• 1–2 years of professional writing experience with strong, structured writing skills.
• Ability to apply complex writing rules and guidelines consistently.
• Good understanding of safety considerations in GenAI data delivery, with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback.
• Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior, identifying patterns and edge cases.
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully and flag when they don’t reflect real-world scenarios.
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks beyond execution.
• Identify trends in model performance and communicate insights clearly.
• Participate in team discussions, calibrations, and stakeholder syncs.
• Partner with leads to refine quality standards.
• Document findings in a clear, concise, actionable way.
