Job summary

Community Solutions Inc. (CSI) is seeking a Program Director for the Multi-Dimensional Anti-Recidivism Partnership (MAP) located in Barstow and Victorville, CA.

You will lead daily program operations, supervise staff, recruit and train, and ensure alignment with CSI values including DEI. The role involves budgeting, coordinating referrals, and collaborating with partner agencies to promote rehabilitation and vocational development for justice-involved individuals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and three years of experience in the social service or criminal justice field, or Bachelor's degree with five years of experience; substitutions allowed.
• Three years of management and staff supervision experience.
• Ability to engage and develop collaborations with community agencies.
• Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve staff duties and client paperwork.
• Recruit for program positions and coordinate trainings.
• Monitor policy compliance and program audits.
• Develop annual program budget and fiscal priorities.
• Coordinate client referrals and outside agency resources.
