Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's in a relevant field with years of experience in social services or criminal justice laid out by the employer.
• 3+ years in management and staff supervision required.
• Ability to engage and develop collaborations with community agencies.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve staff duties and client paperwork including program plans and monthly progress reports.
• Recruit and train staff using in-house or external resources; ensure mandatory training hours.
• Monitor program and staff compliance with agency policies and procedures; audit as required.
• Develop annual program budget and manage resources to meet fiscal priorities.
• Coordinate client referrals and admissions from contracting agencies.
