Job summary

EmployBridge, LLC is seeking a Staff Performance Coordinator for a large manufacturing client in West Union, SC. You will be the frontline liaison for the client and associates, handling workforce issues, coaching, payroll, timekeeping, onboarding, and safety observations.

The role requires polished communication, conflict resolution skills, independence, and the ability to work a 3rd shift (8pm–5am) Monday–Friday with some schedule flexibility; a high school diploma or 6 months related

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 6 months related experience.
• Experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience in a customer service role responsible for client communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues.
• Educates client on guidelines and sets expectations for the handling of any employee issues.
• Ensures all employee issues are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion.
• Coordinates resolution of all-workforce issues with vendors and client partners.
• Delivers client customized new hire orientations.
• Collects and reviews onboarding documents for each employee prior to start.
