Job summary

Boys and Girls Clubs of North Central Illinois is seeking a Director of Workforce Development to lead strategic planning, project management, and continuous improvement of the organizations workforce readiness portfolio. The focus is on Industry Clubs and the Up Next program to equip Club youth with skills, credentials, exposure, and networks for todays workforce.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree preferred with 2+ years in youth/workforce development, or 5+ years in related fields.
Strong communication, strategic thinking, collaboration, and program delivery.
Ability to translate goals into actionable plans and drive results.
Experience managing partnerships and project budgets.

Responsibilities

Lead project management for Industry Clubs and Up Next, including scope, timelines, budgets, staffing and deliverables.
Establish and monitor KPIs and outcomes; drive continuous improvement and report impact to funders and leadership.
Operationalize program plans with annual, monthly, and weekly schedules and proven curricula.
Identify and steward partnerships with local organizations, educational institutions, industry associations, and workforce boards.
Coordinate data collection, analysis, and reporting to support program effectiveness and stakeholder storytelling.
