Job summary

Worldwise Plastics LLC in Lewisburg, TN, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory, and maintain on-time material delivery to production lines.

You will lead warehouse associates (10–30 team), manage shift schedules, coach staff, and drive safety, Lean, and continuous improvement while coordinating with Production, Purchasing, and Logistics to ensure customer shipments meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of warehouse/logistics experience.
• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
• Ensure timely material delivery to production lines and maintain FIFO.
• Monitor material flow accuracy and reconcile inventory.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with carriers and ERP/WMS systems.
• Lead, train, and develop warehouse associates (10–30 team members).
• Conduct performance reviews and coaching; promote accountability and teamwork.
