Job summary

Minth North America, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Lewisburg, TN to lead daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain on-time shipments.

The role directs 10–30 team members, drives safety, and supports continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of logistics experience, leadership exposure, and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3+ years of warehouse/logistics experience.
• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
• Ensure timely material delivery to production lines.
• Monitor FIFO and material flow accuracy.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with carriers.
• Support EDI release alignment and shipment schedules.
• Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff (10-30 team members).
