Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of warehouse/logistics experience.
• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
• Ensure timely material delivery to production lines.
• Monitor FIFO and material flow accuracy.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with carriers.
• Support EDI release alignment and shipment schedules.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and reconciliation.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure proper system transactions in ERP/WMS (e.g., SAP, Plex, Oracle).
• Lead, train, and develop warehouse associates (10-30 team members depending on shift).
• Manage shift schedules and labor allocation.
• Conduct performance reviews and coaching.
• Promote a culture of accountability and teamwork.

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations in our Lewisburg, TN facility, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely material flow to production, and on- time customer shipments. Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Supervise daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities

Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma required
