Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of warehouse management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with inventory management systems (WMS/ERP) and FIFO/JIT.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and manufacturing quality standards.
• Strong leadership with hiring, training and performance management experience.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Manage and develop a team of warehouse associates, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to foster a safe working environment.
• Optimize warehouse layout and material flow to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality departments to meet production schedules.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse performance and reduce costs.
