Job summary

Grundfos is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead all warehousing, inventory, and logistics activities for our Brookshire, TX operations. You will oversee internal processes and external 3PL providers to ensure on-time delivery and accurate inventory, directly supporting production schedules and customer commitments.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in manufacturing warehousing and 3+ years of leadership, with proficiency in SAP and WMS.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of warehouse, distribution, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing warehouse/logistics operations and personnel.
• Experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) or external warehouse providers.
• Proficiency with SAP warehouse transactions and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Must work on-site in Brookshire, TX plant 5 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting, and inventory control to ensure uninterrupted material flow to manufacturing.
• Oversee third-party warehouse providers by establishing KPIs, audits, and performance monitoring to optimize cost and service.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through SAP and WMS; lead cycle counts and physical inventories; drive corrective actions on discrepancies.
• Manage warehouse space utilization, storage capacity planning, and material transfers between external warehouses and manufacturing facilities.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and associates while promoting safety and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, EHS requirements, and environmental procedures including waste disposal and spill response.
