Job summary

CP Industries in Granger, IN is seeking a seasoned manufacturing leader to direct engineering, CNC machining, gage and fixture, and robotics/automation teams. You will own the production schedule, set priorities, and be accountable for results with a heavy workload.

You will build and run the team, oversee safety and ISO compliance, mentor talent, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality and cost targets. Competitive compensation and direct access to ownership offered.

Delivers on-time production schedules and staffing decisions.
Ensures quality and ISO compliance across the plant.
Manages safety programs and OSHA compliance.
Drives continuous improvement and cost effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Direct management of supervisors, leads, and design engineering with hiring/terminating authority.
Own production scheduling, overtime, and shift staffing decisions.
Set priorities when jobs compete for resources and keep projects moving.
Develop talent through training and apprenticeship programs.
Review project quotes for accurate planning and staffing.
Recommend equipment and automation investments to ownership.
Set and report KPIs to ownership.
