Job summary

CP Industries seeks a seasoned manufacturing leader to direct engineering, CNC machining, gage/fixture design, and robotics/automation teams. You will build and run the production schedule, decide priorities, and drive results with accountability and ownership on the shop floor.

You will champion quality, safety, and ISO compliance while developing talent and managing supplier quotes and equipment investments.

Qualifications

• Direct and strategic leadership of engineering, CNC, gage/fixture, and robotics teams.
• Strong track record improving labor efficiency, delivery performance, and quality on a production floor.
• Ability to juggle multiple custom projects with calm under pressure and clear decision-making.
• Experience with manufacturing operations, scheduling, and people development.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of supervisors, leads, and design engineering with hiring/termination authority.
• Owns production schedule including overtime and shift staffing decisions.
• Sets priorities when jobs compete for resources to keep projects moving.
• Develops talent through training and apprenticeship programs to build skills.
• Owns quality and ISO compliance, including CMM inspections and ISO standards.
